2. Scope of Service & Client-Side Execution

Toolbox provides free, browser-native utility tools for code formatting, document processing, image manipulation, and visual diagramming. All computational workloads are processed locally on your client machine using modern WebAssembly and JavaScript engines.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Toolbox to:

  • Process content that violates third-party copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary intellectual property.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the site infrastructure.
  • Automate excessive scraping or bot requests that interfere with platform availability.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Toolbox is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for absolute precision in file formatting, mathematical calculation, and conversion tools, we cannot be held liable for loss of data, formatting errors, or consequential damages resulting from tool usage.

5. Advertising & Third-Party Content

Toolbox displays advertisements served by third-party advertising networks (including Google AdSense). We do not control or endorse the content of third-party advertisements or websites linked through ad placements.
